That is not a legitimate concern nor line of inquiry of government bureacrats.
It is NOT the legitimate purpose of government officials (who are bribable,
seduceable, etc.) to spend their lives choosing which citizens will be

If that's the kind of life you advocate, then I strongly suggest that
you join the military...not the guard or reserve...ACTIVE DUTY..FULL TIME.
