Two US Army captains (one male, one female) tried that in
Riyadh. It took the embassy personnel over a WEEK to get them out.
The Saudis were so offended, they wanted to execute them by beheading.
As it was, they bulldozed the mosque. The consider it to be a
contamination of the building for a non-moslem to even ENTER a
mosque. The having sex in it was......utterly insulting.
But anyways...the weather is nice, things are cheap, the US dollar
is VERY strong, and no taxes....and exemption from US income taxes
as well.
Good place to hang out for a couple of years, put a LOT of $$$
away for retirement, and then come back home.
