I remember the last time I had to call Microsoft support. I have to deal
with 4 automated systems and 3 different people before I got to speak to
the person who could actually help me.
Then they fixed our order so our office would get its Technet subscription
And at the same time canceled the subscription for one of the firms other
officers.
