Alpha Multia with 64MB

Just added 64MB of RAM to my DEC Multia 166 MHz.  SRM sees 64MB, but MILO
and RedHat 6.1 only show/see 22MB.  I tried using 'append mem=64M' to the
MILO boot command, but no luck.

Any ideas?
