While on the subject of file systems...
I have been looking into ACL support under Linux, and all I've found so
far is the aclutils packages for ext2fs. Unfortunately the
documentation isn't, and I don't have a machine available that I can
just 'play' on to find out how to work the thing, or what it does.
Can anyone shed some light on ACL support under Linux? Does it have true
'set permissions per user and/or group' support, and what is its affect
on existing applications?
Any info. would be apreciated
