        Say what?!?!?

Fetchmail is written in C and always has been. I know. I'm
the author of the SSL patches for fetchmail. The fetchmail configurator
"fetchmailconf" I believe is in python but that's only used in setting up
.fetchmailrc files. We can forgive Eric his peculiarities in that area.
I personally don't you the fetchmailconf program, prefering to edit my
own files myself.

I would like to know the basis of your claims about fetchmail
not being robust. Do you have some hard experiences where fetchmail has
been less than rock solid or is it just some anti-python bigotry that got
in your way of noticing that the real main program is compiled and not
even done in Python?
