I tried this a year ago, at that time I used Slackware 3.1 kernel 2.0.27
You have to load a kernel module called ibcs.o or something similar:
it means : Intel Binary Compatible Specification
After loading this module it's posible to run SCO binaries, The Slackware
distribution installs some additional files in /shlib, which may be
needed to run SCO binaries, I don't know if other distributions include
that.
The only SCO Software I have, is the XTree File manager and it runs ok.
If the binaries are stored in some SCO partition, I suppose (I am not 
sure) you have to load also the module ufs.o to mount that partition.
