Greeting to everyone, I am struggling to sharing my printer by using Samba. I installed this RPM then used SWAT to configure it. But I don't know how to make the new configuration take effect. I tried 'samba restart' and it returned with 'starting SMB services [OK]' and 'starting NMB service [OK]'. But when I ran printtool to configure printer I got error message saying "Samba dose not appear to be installed you will not be able to print to a SMB/win 95/NT printer without it installed" I get lost here. Is my Samba installed yet? how do I know? What are the right steps to do to make my printer shared after running swat? Thank you for your help. feng
