Does anyone here have any familiarity with Cerf SA1110 boards? I'm
having a flash issue ..

I've got the file systems on an IBM Microdrive in the CompactFlash
slot that I want to become the / /usr and the boot image, but, as far
as I can tell from the doc, the only way to get it into the flash is
via tftp.

What I want to be able to do is simply to take the image from the
drive and write it somewhere useful to memory/flash, and upgrade the
image that way, as opposed to trying to get a system that will run
bootp/dhcp and tftp, reconfigure the networking infrastructure and the
like.

Currently I'm using a Palm-Pilot as the serial console, so I have
serial access, and there is no net access to the device.

On the ipaq it's apparently possible to simply dd the image somewhere,
but does anyone know if it is possible for the Cerf SA1110 boards?

Thanks!
