I guess the answer should be yes but....on Assabet if
I run
> mpg123 -v test.mp3
The mp3 file file comes from the "kitchen sink"
ramdisk. The file is supposed to be five seconds but
it takes nearly thirty seconds for mpg123 to decode.
This line updates very slowly
Frame# 215 [ 0], Time: 00:05.61 [00:00.00],
I have compiled mpg123 with -O3. So, I am wondering
whether anybody actually made mpg123 (or streaming
audio in general) run on Assabet.
Can somebody share the experience? Thanks!
