On the SA-1110, there are only twelve (12) valid values for the PLL
Configuration Register (PPCR), which correspond to core clock
frequencies of 59.0MHz - 221.2MHz when using the standard oscillator.
See section 8.2 of the SA-1110 manual. A similar situation probably
exists for the other SA-1 processors.
