Yay, I know that one:
each partition (mtd device) can have a name, defined in
sa1100-flash.c. The default Assabet code doesn't give
any name, so it defaults to "<NULL>". So yes it's normal,
and easy to change (look at the other architecture in
the file, it should be straightforward).

No, I have it too (although my system boots up and works..)
I /suspect/ it's the ramdisk code trying to mount something
and not finding it, then it gives the hand to the JFFS
code, but I'm not sure (I know that my kernel won't boot
properly if I have a ramdisk loaded and I ask for JFFS
boot.. I haven't tried removing ramdisk support yet).
