libjpeg compresses and decompresses jpeg, so it definitely has both
DCT and IDCT. It actually comes with 3 different algorithms, one
integer DCT, one fast integer DCT (faster but not as good compression),
and one FP DCT (don't even think about it on SA1110).
I happen to have timed decompression last monday on SA1110 running at
200Mhz, decompression of a jpeg 225x145 took about 30ms.
The library source is available from ftp.uu.net/graphics/jpeg
Good luck with it (it's object-oriented C and not for the faint of
heart).
