I've successfullyused gdbserver on assabet. I've used Hard Hat Linux 1.2
from Montavista, shipped with the Assabet. You can also use DDD as a
GUI. Works great with ethernet connection, I must say. Check for
www.mvista.com (Hard Hat Linux 1.2, gathering basic tools, is free!).
