Cross compiler for ARM7TDMI THUMB

Hi everyone,

I have been trying for some time to get the gcc cross compiler for the
ARM7TDMI
thumb microprocessor.  I have built many a tool-chain
looking for the thumb-elf or thumb-coff (what's the diff anyway?) command
but can never find it.  Can anyone help me out here or point me to
exactly where the code resides?
