Hello all,

I have installed familiar 0.4 on an iPAQ without problems. As I want to
make some development on it, I have installed the cross compiler like
described on Wiki FAQ at http://handhelds.org/.

Compiling simple applications work, and I can run them on the iPAQ.

Now, I need to make some developement with GTK/GLIB. I have downloaded
the 1.2.10 versions. configuration for cross-compilation of glib is now
OK (I have create a config.site file, hope he is OK). I'm now trying to
configure gtk. Configuration stop when testing if XOpenDisplay(). The
errors are :

.../libX11.so: undefined reference to `getpwuid_r@@GLIBC_2.1.2'
.../libX11.so: undefined reference to `getpwnam_r@@GLIBC_2.1.2'

The libX11.so file is a copy from the installation of familiar on the
iPAQ.

So, the question is : must I download the Xfree sources (CVS), and
compile them like described on Wiki at http://handhelds.org/ ?

I hope this is the right list for this kind of question. If not, sorry
for the trouble.

Thanks in advance for any help.
