Shared library loading error

Hi,

    I am trying to make a new library replacing libc. After I link it
with a helloworld program and run it on the board,
    the following error occurs:

    error in loading shared libraries: ./libnewc.so: R_ARM_PC24
relocation out of range

    Could anyone tell me why this happens and how to fix it?
