probably want to pick a CPU here, from my experince, I would say either
SA-1100 or SA-1110 (only available in BGA, but supports cheaper/more
available sdram)

ok amount, but 4M isn't that much more

definately want more ram here, its fairly cheap too, I would recommend
16M or 32M

half the data lines
