ramdisk 10M

Hi, I hope someone can help us 

   I need for big ramdisk 10M - 13M
   I maid big ramdisk bat the kernel cannot boot .
   in the xconfig I put 13000 in block devices default ram disk size.
   kernel 2.4.3
