I seem to remember that the EP7212 eval board shares the ethernet IRQ with
the parallel port.
Locate TR1 near the parallel port connector, and lift the single pin on this
device (ie, the one which is nearest R168).
This disables the parallel port IRQ, so ethernet should work.
