rootfs(ramdisk) is mounted wrong?

Cirrus Logic's EDB7111-2
SoC is EP7211(ARM720T)
Linux kernel:

patch is rmk1+bluemug7
initrd:
busybox-0.52
bootloader: shoehorn-3.4
when i use shoehorn-3.4 download kernel and initrd to DRAM,
