you'll find a lack of support for royal linux/bluecat on these lists.
In case you didn't know, even Lynuxworks (who bought ISDCorp) does not
support Royal Linux, either.  (well, at least officially)

that being said, did you compile NFS support into the kernel?  the default
royal linux kernel & config does not have NFS compiled in.  i also
encountered problems with royal linux having something messed up somewhere
in the tcp/ip settings, as pings from within royal returned ping times that
were years long, and it would have trouble (delays on the order of minutes)
creating initial connections with other net devices.  I never figured out
why - i just switched to a more recent kernel.
