Help with bootldr-2.14.15-jd1

Hi all,

I want to use bootldr-2.14.15-jd1 to do the dataflash partition for assabet. . 
But I couldn't find any doc which can tell me how to do with this bootldr.
Do we need to do any compiling job before load the bootldr?
How and when and where to do the dataflas partition?
It would be appreciate if you can show me how to do this step by step.
