Hi,

I am using the Assabet/Neponset (Phase 5 hardware)
with 2.4.17-rmk4 and Redboot. In order to get the
keyboard to work, I have to use a splitter cable that
has connectors for the mouse and keyboard. This cable
came with the development system. The keyboard does
not work if connected directly to the connector on the
Neponset.

I ohmed out the Keyboard part of the splitter cable and got
the following connections:

   Female End Male End

   1 o | o 6 1 o | o 6
  2 o o 5 2 o o 5
   3 o o 4 3 o o 4

Female pin 2 connected to Male pin 5
Female pin 4 connected to Male pin 4
Female pin 5 connected to Male pin 2
Female pin 6 connected to Male pin 6

Hope this helps.

Todd
