Hi all,

I'm using the kernel compiled from the source files at
http://www.netwinder.org/~urnaik/ixp1200_howto.html and the ramdisk_image.gz file
from the site as well. I can download the image into the IXP1200EB (rev. B0) and it
runs fine for most of the commands except when I try
to mount a directory from the nfs server. I get a warning like this:

nfs warning: mount version newer than kernel
nfs_read_super: get root fattr failed

And the nfs fails to mount. I've tried this with the omni-nfs server and the
nfs-server-2.2beta40-1.i386.rpm provided by the Intel IXA SDK
2.01 with the same result.

Has anyone faced this problem before or know the cause of it? I would greatly
appreciate your help or pointers for solving the problem.

Thanks in advance.
