Errors in redboot when I enter "fis init -f"

Can anyone help me diagnose / fix the following errors in redboot ?   FLASH configuration checksum error or invalid key CF card won't go ready! No network interfaces found   RedBoot(tm) bootstrap and debug environment [ROM]             version UNKNOWN - built 23:50:54, Aug 29 2001   Platform: Assabet development system (StrongARM 1110) Copyright (C) 2000, 2001, Red Hat, Inc.   RAM: 0x00000000-0x02000000, 0x00011858-0x01fdf000 available FLASH: 0x50000000 - 0x50400000, 32 blocks of 0x00020000 bytes each. RedBoot> RedBoot> fis init -f About to initialize [format] FLASH image system - are you sure (y/n)? y *** Initialize FLASH Image System ... Erase from 0x50020000-0x503c0000: ............................. ... Unlock from 0x503e0000-0x50400000: Err = a200a2   ... Erase from 0x503e0000-0x50400000: . ... Program from 0x01fdf000-0x01fdf300 at 0x503e0000: . ... Lock from 0x503e0000-0x50400000: Err = 920092   RedBoot>   As you can see, the "unlock" and "lock" functions return "Err = a200a2" and "Err = 920092".  Does this mean my flash is knackered ?  If so, what chips need replacing ?   Regards Mark   P.S.
