Notification of change of posting requirements.

Following the Data Protection Act problems earlier with exim-users, it
has been decided that, in order to protect the list from possible legal
problems, it has been decided that a change in the method that these
lists operate.

Up until now, we have accepted emails from any address, even
unsubscribed addresses.

However, from this point on, you may only use your subscribed email
address.  Although the list will hold messages from other addresses,
we are unable to approve them.

Existing subscribers.

In addition, I require each and every subscriber on these lists to
agree, by sending an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] explicitly
saying they agree, to the following:

   The linux-arm, linux-arm-kernel and linux-arm-announce mailing
   lists are located in the EU.  By posting messages to any of
   these three lists, you implicitly agree that the posted messages
   are in the public domain, and as such may be freely copied,
   archived, duplicated, and sent to other persons both within
   and outside the EU.  If you are unable to agree to this,
   DO NOT post messages to these lists and immediately unsubscribe
   from these lists.

   By subscribing, you implicitly agree to the above terms.

Any person who does not respond by email to me by the 2nd May 2002
*from their subscribed email address* will be removed from these
mailing lists and any archived messages will be removed on request.
