That's the bit that myself and Matthew didn't work out. :-)
Tried deleting the entire POSIX directory, (well, renaming)
Tried reconfiguring in a clean directory with and without the file to see if
it was detected at configure stage

Try telling perl that :-) [it seems to store dependency information on the
system header files as well as its own]
Anyway, before I realised that I'd not persuaded glibc to compile the correct
source code, (and perl was still failing) I let it recompile itself just in
case that helped.

Anyway, the groups test works now. :-)
