It is, yes. Funnily enough the Tulip port in the netwinder has always been
perfectly OK for me, but you're by no means the only one to have problems.
Last time I looked at the tulip driver it seemed that it would go terribly
wrong if it ran out of memory; this might be your problem. Sadly the newer
versions seem to have a different and equally large collection of bugs.
