Crosscompiling FAQ?

Is there any FAQ about how to crosscompile ARMLinux (binutils, gcc,
etc.) from the x86 platform? I have SuSE 6.0 with the kernel 2.2.10
running happily and now think about crosscompiling an ELF ARMLinux from
there as I wasn't able to compile it natively.
