Hello,
I'm trying to compile the linux kernel for an embedded system
based on a SA1100. The problem is that when I deselects FrameBuffer
in menuconfig I get a compile error later that keyboard or something isn't
defined.
When I keep frambuffer compiled in i get the following line
Console: switching to colour frame buffer device 40x30
which is a nonexisting device (but the kernel keeps booting for
a while longer somehow)
where can I find device_setup() - called from do_basic_setup() - init/main.c
I'm running linux-2.2.12-rmk1-np12
