Hi,

I followed the process given by Intel to create the
arm-linux cross development enviroment. But now I am
stucked since I cannot download linux kernel to the my
sa-1100 evaluatoion board.

The physical connection was OK because I can use SDT
ARM debugger under win98 to download and run demo
programs like kbin.axf ,bouce.axf and so on.

There is 16MB DRAM on my board.

I changed the opts and go file as the document given
by Intel describes.

When I used angelboot to download linux kernel and
ramdisk.gz . The following is what I got .

Initialising execution enviroment.
Error: Received wrong # bytes (-19684) expecting
packet. Downloading image size 0x4916e to 0x8000.
Error: Received wrong # bytes (-19684) expecting
packet..Error:Received wrong # bytes (-19684)
expecting packet..

(keep repeating "Error:Received wrong # bytes (-19684)
expecting packet.." )

When the angelboot is download, I can see d3 led
flashing.

I just got my sa-1100 board about 15 days ago. The
version of Angel on the board is 1.2 . Is there
possibility , in the new angel version 1.2, the
communication protocol between host and target is
changed? How to solve it? Your advice is highly
appreciated.

TIA.

wolf
