Use a decent download tool that supports continue mode, not Mozilla 4.7 on
Win98. GNU wget has no problems with continue mode. It's available at
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/wget/ (and mirrors worldwide) or maybe it's already
installed on your Linux system.
Repetitive use of
wget -c
http://www-ict.its.tudelft.nl/~erik/open-source/arm-linux-cross/arm-linux-cross.tar.bz2
should do the trick.
Sending it directly doesn't work either because the link is too slow. Your
system doesn't have backup mail relays, so my mailhost can't send it and
bounces it back to me.
