You may modify the specs file to solve this problem.
In specs file, change the emulation to the supported emulation format or you
can use gcc-2.95.2 patches to solve the problem. Available paths are
gcc-2.95.2-diff-991022.gz
gcc-2.95.2-inhibitlibc-back-patch.gz
gcc-2.95.2-libobj.patch.gz.

I installed gcc-core-2.95.2 with gcc-fold-const.patch,
binutils-2.9.5.0.31 with binutils-2.9.5.0.31-arm.patch,
and linux-2.2.14 as kernel header.
when install glibc2.1.3pre1, i add glibc-crypt-970829 and
glibc-linuxthread-2.1.
3pre1.
