Hi Someone glossed over this previously today but why is it that a usb device receives default status over an internal device?
Can't ALSA set the "default" card to be an internal device *by default* and only give a usb device that status if requested? Why are people expected to set this in their modules.conf file any longer? I think this would solve many problems that people encounter when using pulseaudio with an internal card and a usb device. Cheers.
