I'm not an audio developer, but I kind of feel the need to defend Google a bit. I used to work fulltime developing software at Google. It was a great place to work. Everyone I knew there was dedicated to doing the right thing for the user... when they mis-stepped, like when the initial Buzz privacy settings were unpopular, they tried to set things right quickly. The only way I can see them ever becoming evil is if they're bought out by, say, Oracle. (And I fully expect some people I knew in college now to come out and defend Oracle :-) (I now work fulltime developing software at a startup. It's fun being at a small company again, but I do miss the massages, at least a little.) - Dan _______________________________________________ Linux-audio-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.linuxaudio.org/listinfo/linux-audio-dev
