Rt audio and poet audio are different projects. For RtAudio, there are 2 CPP files that you compile into your code : no linking library just yet.
When you want jack / salsa support, you add the appropriate #define, and link to the libs needed by that output framework. Check the RtAudio page for details, they have good docs.
