kind of issue that usually relates to the window manager and/or
respective window frame decoration in use...
or else, check whether Setup/Misc/Other/Keep child windows on top
makes any difference

Yep, seems like it was a window manager issue. Qjackctl displayed today
from systray, were I've last move it to. Great that we now could disable
the confirmation dialogs. Makes it a lot more comfortable, when pulse is
in use.
