Okay, it's done. It have now the following commandline options:

Usage: ./bin/smoothir [options]
    Options:
      -r, --ref <name>        reference file to load
      -s, --src <name>       source file to load
      -o, --out <name>      Impulse Response File to save
      -f, --sr <value>          Sample Rate to save the Impulse Response File

      -h, --help                  print this help and exit

But it still require all dependencies (X11, cairo, jackd, libsndfile, fftw3) to build the app.
