after some discussion, it seems that most people agree on the
following recommendation for linux-audio-announce postings:
* no cc: to the developer list, please
* cc: to the user list, and discussions be redirected there as well.
if there is no major outroar of disgust, i'll change the LAA
subscription page to reflect that and will announce the list to some
news sites and linux publications over the weekend.
