Yes. The tilt is there because without it, the whole logo looks skewed. You think you notice the backwards tilt at all, mostly because the *rest* of the P isn't tilted in the same way. > You could try and make > the upper right part of the P tilt a bit, too. Exactly - that's what I'm going to experiment with. > Hard to describe, > but what I mean is that if you tilt the whole letter back so that > it stands straight, you see the upper right part leans to right. Yeah; a typical example of why all good looking fonts actually have lots of seemingly weird "compensations"; round shapes are always slightly outside the bounds not to look too small, etc. > Whatever. It's easy enough to just drag the control points around, so it's just a matter of seeing what should be done. It's not a matter of dimensions, but rather *percepted* dimensions of things. > -Antti "No, I'm not a graphics designer" Boman Well, the way I like to think about most things is that if you can tell good from bad, there's hope! The rest is just about motivation and training. :-) //David Olofson - Programmer, Composer, Open Source Advocate .- The Return of Audiality! --------------------------------. | Free/Open Source Audio Engine for use in Games or Studio. | | RT and off-line synth.
