all of the video and audio tests worked for me using Helix. However, they were jumpy - but I believe that is a function of my partial T1 connection. Streams look like they are between 192 and 256kbps
hmm, the server is definitely not congested.
the high-quality ogg stream is somewhere in the 500 kbit/s range, probably a bit more. the low-q one should be around 200, but i have no ways to measure it exactly atm.
