Get the latest 0.4.2d source 'cause there is a patch specifically made
for the redhat kernel.  I haven't used it because I like building my
own kernels from the original source, but I noticed that the patch is
there.  There is a different install.sh (called install-rh5.sh or
something) that you run to patch your redhat kernel.
