I'm working on a virtual bank manager which includes the soundfont editor I
posted about a while back. I use fltk as the GUI (Paul hasn't persuaded me
to move to Qt, yet) and allows you to create (and upload) bnk files from
both soundfont and other bnk files.

I've got a few things to do before I get a general beta release together,
but it shouldn't be too long after Paul sends me his awelib wrappers.
