No newsgroups da Borland eu vi essa mensagem mas nao testei pois eu uso

You are running into an RPM bug.
You have the options to either
* wait for an official RedHat (Conectiva) fix,
or to
* go to http://www.rpm.org/ and install an inofficial
BETA update (ftp://ftp.rpm.org/pub/rpm/test-4.0.3),
(use at your own risk)
or
* not to install as root.
