Preciso de uma ajuda para corrijir o erro abaixo:

are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
Ele aparece no error_log do apache quando tento start�-lo. J� tentei
exportar LANGUAGE=pt_BR e n�o adiantou....
Isto impediria o apache de inicializar?
