nao eh bug, tenho um conectiva 8 com proftpd e consigo sobrescrever
perfeitamente, abaixo vai a configuracao do meu proftpd.conf . Alem
disso o diretorio /home/ftp (diretorio padrao que eu criei) tem como
proprietario e grupo ftp , permissao total para todos (777)
Abaixo minha configuracao de protftpd
