It's a victim of the kernel.org hack. Nobody seems to have a spare copy, but the database on kernel.org should still be there. I think we're just waiting for the dust to settle on kernel.org (they're still getting git access back for the main kernel developers) before we can find out about continued wiki support, or getting the wiki data back.
