I got the same message on a new btrfs filesystem on a raid5 volume
(without loop this time). kernel is 3.2rc6
this happened after a day of rsyncing at about 10mbyte/sec, only way to
reboot is with echo b > /proc/sysrq-trigger

Oh, the loop + raid5 + xfs is going to cause problems. The loop driver
is fine for testing but I wouldn't be using it in a production
environment.
