why not put the function pointer into the btrfs workqueue structure? And then
we needn't
change the interface of btrfs_init_work(just remove INIT_WORK in it), and then
init the
normal work by the function pointer in the btrfs workqueue structure when we
queue the work.
In this way, we need change so much and can make the code more clear.

Thanks
